Our company manufactures wear parts and shafts for fine cultivators, heavy cultivators, and deep cultivators of various brands. We pay particular attention to ensuring highest quality in terms of materials and manufacturing processes. Our universal system can be used on every cultivator for both deep tillage and minimal tillage. The helical arrangement and width (100 mm) of the helical shares achieves a clearly better mixing result of the soil. We ensure an improved yield per hectare due to the material used and an additional optional tungsten carbide coating of the cutting edges. The separate configuration of wing share holders and wing shares makes it also possible to exchange only the wing shares.
ProductsWe are the only forge in Austria that makes harrow tines. We pay particular attention to ensuring highest quality in terms of materials and manufacturing processes. Our harrow tines are hardened and tempered and 100% made in our factory in Klam. The general types are produced in the bent and straight as well as offset (square on threads turned around 45° from square of shaft) and parallel (square on threads arranged in line with square of shaft) configurations.
ProductsWe make plowshares, landsides, landside protection shins, skim points, and wear edges for all standard plow brands as replacement parts. We pay particular attention to ensuring highest quality in terms of materials and manufacturing processes. Our plowshares are made of highly qualified boron steel with particular attention on the wear-retarding alloy elements. Furthermore, we can apply a boron carbide or tungsten carbide coating to the wear parts, which increases per-hectare yield yet again. In our coating process, the hard metal is applied in a soft state, whereupon the entire product is subjected to hardening and tempering. This way, we avoid structural changes in the area of application, which is why, in our case, there will be no washout or soft annealing.
